We have had a Kohl's here for at least six years and not once have I ever set foot in it. When it first opened, apparently it was a madhouse of inefficient organization - which seemed to be the way they do business. I decided I could probably do OK if I didn't go inside, and amazingly enough, my life has continued just fine without them.
